BREAKING NEWS - Kansas Family Court Judge Burmaster Summoned into US Civil Court for Violations of Civil Rights & Misconduct Allegations

OLATHE, KANSAS, UNITED STATES, October 29, 2023 - A breaking Kansas story is unbelievable as it is heartbreaking that is beginning to make nationwide headline news out of Kansas City. A Johnson County, Kansas pro se father has entered into the United States Courts system in the District of Kansas and filed a civil rights federal lawsuit against a district family court judge, Hon. Paul William Burmaster. The district judge was just summoned into the Kansas High Court in Docket Report of 2:23-CV02741 Escalante v Burmaster This docket was last retrieved on October 19, 2023. Filing 1 COMPLAINT with trial location of Kansas City, filed by Matthew Aaron Escalante.(pro se) October 19, 2023 SUMMONS ISSUED as to Paul William Burmaster. The civil rights suit is based out of the fathers county court proceeding 18CV03813, where he represents himself as his own attorney. This tragic tale is being depicted in multiple federal complaints in that suit, that the biological father to two daughters, is now asking the highest court for intervention into district court judge misconduct and several void courts orders that have been issued from Judge Burmaster. Insufficient orders that stem back over 18 months time in the Johnson County civil proceedings of Escalante v Escalante 18CV03813. These orders originated in the Johnson County civil proceeding that revolves around the custody of the 2 minor children Mr. Escalante in 2:23-CV02741 is with 3 federal complaints under Section 1983, alleging violations of father and daughters civil rights. And that's just the one-third of this story. The dad also has the Kansas Commission of Judicial Conduct hovering over the judge under dozens of docketed ethics probes. If that's not compelling enough, lastly the father is also leading another separate federal civil rights lawsuit, 2:23-CV02176, against the mother of his children, her attorney and the parties guardian ad litem. That lawsuit alleges a conspiracy to interfere with civil rights of dad/daughters has been ongoing for several years, and that it now includes......... the county judge Burmaster. It's being declared that the Judge is now an active conspirator in that county case. Both federal lawsuits mentioned are pointing at each other and bring allegations that a canopy of Conspiracy has been violating the dad and daughters civil rights for years. The fathers claims state that he has gotten out from underneath of it, but it has cost him everything including his relationships with his two daughters, aged 14, and 8. As he now enters the federal court system demanding their rights back and justice in two lawsuits that seek almost 100K cumulative in punitive damages. Section 1983 is very important piece of Law that is a gateway for correcting such an atrocious situation by use of the federal courts. Now, in the Johnson County conspiracy that is being shown, the Plaintiff father brings complaints Document #1, #6, and #8. Those three filings detail that for almost five years, opposing parties in the civil court have disrupted and corrupted the district court judge Paul W against the best interest of children. We became aware of the federal suit in a group email exchange from the dad between the USA Today, The Kansas City Star, our publishing agency and a multitude of others who began receiving correspondences from the Kansas dad weeks ago. First, there was copies of Ethics filings with the Kansas Commission of Judicial Conduct in the hundreds of pages. They are reportedly in the Kansas Commission's dockets of # 2921, 2929, 2941, 2948, 2956, 2972, 2973,2983, 2987, 2988, 2989, 2996, 2997, 2998, 2999, 3000, 3001, 3002, 3003, 3004 3005, 3040, 3041, 3042, 3043, 3044, 3045, 3046, 3047, 3048, 3049, 3050, 3051, 3052, 3053, 3054, 3055, 3056, 3081, 3086. That is wickedly large amount of ethics complaints that are in probes, and more than likely, its the largest ever against a single judge that the State of Kansas has seen to date. The complaint copies are signed by Kansas Commission of Judicial Conduct Secretary Douglas Shima, The judge suit and the fathers suit against the mother and opposing counsel, Christopher T Wilson, is all verified in justia.com. Counsel Wilson, licensed by the KS bar number 15527, is also reportedly under investigation by the State.
